Comfort
Lower limit of the comfort range down to which a sleeping person (related to a „standard woman“ with a body mass of 60kg) being completely packed into the sleeping bag and lying relaxed on the back is just not feeling cold.
 
Limit
Lower limit of temperature (transition range) to which a sleeping person (related to a “standard man” with a body mass of 70kg) being completely packed into the sleeping bag with a rolled up body posture is just not feeling cold.
 
Extreme
Lower extreme temperature where there is a risk of health damage by hypothermia (related to a "standard woman” with a body mass of 60kg).
