Box Construction

The primary insulation material in sleeping bags is the air that is embedded in the baffles of the box construction. The air in the baffles warms up and insulates, separating the cold (out)side from the warm (in)side.

  • Used for our down sleeping bags
  • The construction holds the down in position as uniformly as possible and avoids thermal bridges
  • Ensures maximum warmth and comfort
